Cancellation Policy

All bookings are for 1:1 career advisory sessions with Jose Retamal. Sessions are delivered via Zoom and last 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed. Payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session. Refunds will not be offered for no-shows or late cancellations. If I need to reschedule, I’ll contact you with 24 hours’ notice or offer a full refund if that’s not possible. By booking, you agree that the session is for guidance purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. All content shared during sessions is confidential.
